About this program
Winter Abroad at Yonsei (WAY) is Yonsei University's winter program in Seoul for students who study, or will study, at a college or university outside Korea.
Undergraduate, master's and doctoral students can all apply. You need a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 out of 4.0 across all finished semesters. Meeting the GPA does not guarantee admission. Every application gets a full review.
The Early Bird round closed on 20 October. General applications are still open.

How to apply
- Go to winterapply.yonsei.ac.kr, create an ID and fill in the online application.
- Pay the application fee.
- Upload an official transcript in English, issued within 3 months. High school seniors send an admission letter. First-year students without grades send a Certificate of Enrollment.
- Upload a passport copy (valid 6 months after the program ends) and a profile photo for your student ID.
- Wait for review. If accepted, you get a letter by email. Then pay tuition and fees by 19 November.
